General Conditions
Check-in: the room is available anytime from 3 p.m. It is required to show an identification document and a credit card.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the room not later than 12 a.m.
All the services of the hotel will be at your disposal in the early hours of your arrival date and in the late afternoon the day of your departure.
The prices indicated at the time of booking include VAT at the rate applied at the time.
City tax € 2,00 per person per night (from April to October) is not included. Exemptions: children under 14 years old, disabled persons, group drivers and residents of the municipality of Diano Marina

FLEXIBLE Rate
The rate includes a discount on the price of Bed and Breakfast or Half Board for bookings made directly on our website.
Cancellation and payment conditions
Cancellations made up to 3 days before the scheduled arrival date are free of charge. Late cancellations will incur a charge for the cost of the first 3 nights. No-shows will be charged in full. In case of early departure, 3 nights will be charged for no-show.
After the free cancellation period expires, an amount will be charged as follows:
Stays from 1 to 7 nights: the first 3 nights will be charged.
Stays from 8 to 14 nights: the first 6 nights will be charged.
For stays from 15 nights onwards, the Management reserves the right to contact the customer directly, as a higher deposit will be required.
Guarantee
Reservations will not be accepted without a valid credit card number until the end date of the stay. After the free cancellation period expires, an amount ( as indicated in the cancellation policy) will be charged from the credit card used to confirm the reservation. If the charge cannot be processed, the reservation will be cancelled.
PREPAID NON- REFUNDABLE rate
The rate includes an additional discount on the price of Room and Breakfast or Half Board.
Cancellation and payment conditions
Upon confirmation of the reservation, advance payment will be requested by credit card for the total stay.
In case of cancellation, no show or early departure, the full amount will be retained. There is no reduction in the rate in case of a change to the reservation.
Guarantee
We do not accept reservations without a valid credit card number until the end of your stay. The total amount of the reservation is required immediately.
Payment Terms
Payment of the balance in accordance with Legislative Decree: 231 art. 49
If the total final payment is equal to or exceeds 5,000.00 Euro, payment shall be made by credit card.
Bank cheques will not be accepted.
